Located on the top storey of the new Westgate Centre Victors is a welcome and tranquil spot for a recharging drink. We stopped by on a scorching hot morning and bought refreshing cold drinks at the bar. There were folks having coffees, having breakfasts and like us, just a soft drink. Service was good and we were warmly welcomed. We chose tall chairs at the open wall windows. You could sit inside or out. A little on the pricey side but lovely none the less. Great views over the Oxford spires and rooftops as you walk in too.

Much instagram, many photo op! Cute drinks! Cute food! Cute! Cute! Cute! Why can't I stop typing in exclamation points!? That's the type of energy you get at Victors! Instagram! The sushi was dry and made with smoked salmon rather than regular sashimi! The burger wasn't bad! Cute!
